Tech-led accounting for operationally complex businesses
I have been working in accounting since 2012. Over those years I kept noticing the same pattern: the more complex an e-commerce or operationally heavy business got, the worse traditional outsourced bookkeeping served it. Books that balanced but didn't tell the truth about margins. Spreadsheet audits that missed systemic billing errors. ERP implementations that calcified bad data instead of fixing it.
I founded Acgile in 2017 to build the opposite of that: an accounting firm that treats finance like infrastructure. We work hands-on inside QuickBooks Online and NetSuite, build programmatic audit pipelines against 3PL invoices, architect clean multi-channel ledgers for Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok Shop operators, and de-risk QBO-to-NetSuite migrations with parallel-tested cutovers.
I am a Cost and Management Accountant, a QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor, and a NetSuite Accountant Partner. I am also a tech enthusiast, and that shows up in how Acgile delivers: API-led data pipelines, SuiteScript automation, IndexNow-style infra choices, and a measurable preference for code over manual review wherever the volume justifies it.
